About the TMD & Sleep Education institute
 The TMD & Sleep Education Programs of Dr. Steven R. Olmos, DDS was formed by Dr. Steven Olmos in response to demand by other doctors to receive training in his techniques and protocols. Originally, Dr. Olmos offered the Mini-Residency Program to provide a six-day introductory didactic course to doctors over a three-month period. More than 200 doctors have completed this training. Over time, it became apparent that clinical training was desired for both doctors and staff. In 2003, Dr. Olmos began the In-House and Advanced Residency Courses. Since that time, more than 60 doctors and their staffs have taken advantage of this advanced training.  New in 2006, will be a Graduate Residency Course for those clinicians looking to achieve an even greater level of proficiency in their patient care. Today, the Institute serves a wider range of clinical training needs associated with TMJ, facial pain and sleep disorders for doctors, staff and laboratory professionals.
